With the sole aim of ensuring that the Company performs and surpasses any standards or Quality Protocol within the organisation whilst still maintaining an excellent service giving for value for money.

Compliance is a major ingredient for our Clients when tendering and carrying out contracts. At O’Donovan, we have recognised the importance of this element several years ago, by appointing a Compliance Director within the hierarchy to maintain systems, encourage participation and to empower Employees with knowledge which in turn benefits the Clients.

With the Waste Industry being one of the most heavily regulated, it is paramount to O’Donovan that it complies with all regulations and recommendations set out by the various official bodies – this is clearly demonstrated by the number of accreditations, awards and memberships the Company and its employees hold.
